Fixing my windows

I have two vertical casement windows 22" & 26" wide by 69 1/4" high that the sashes have rotted at the bottom and need to be replaced. The problem is I can't find any sash replacement kits for this type of window. One of these windows is part of a four lite picture window so,I called a maintenance company,Ascentps and from what I understand, replacing the whole window set could be quite expensive. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I live in Stamford Hill,London, so sources here would be ideal.
