fixing unlevel spots on concrete floor with in floor heat

I have a concrete floor with in floor heat. I want to lay Pergo on it but have found in one spot the floor is uneven. I have read the instructions for leveling it, but I want to know if I have to wait 4 weeks before laying the floor.
