Garage Floor to DPM or Not?

Hi there,

I have a 90's brick built garage with concrete floor that I'm using as a home gym.

The floor is currently painted with a garage floor paint, and I'm looking to mat the floor out with 40mm rubber matting.

Before I do that, I wanted to confirm if I need to lay a DPM sheet or similar over the painted concrete, which the mats will sit on top of?

It looks like there is already a black sheet under the concrete screed, as I can see the edges sticking up in places around the edge. I do get moisture on the floor in winter however hence the question.

Many thanks

Concrete holds a lot of moisture so you can get condensation in winter, sound like you could have a dpc there already.
