hi peoples,
My bungelow windows were painted in sadolin 3/4 years ago.Want repaint with sadolin cuz bottom beading and sills have flaked back to bare wood.Do i sand well then two coats of sadolin........thanx

yep...classic fist on the bare stuff..then extra over the whole lot.
