Flaky Grout?

I have just finished grouting my Kitchen a couple of days ago and the grout seems quite flaky? (if I rub it) This doesn't seem normal? I have never grouted before but used Bal waterproof grout for Kitchens and Bathrooms?? Any thoughts / help would be much appreciated.
