soft grout

I recently grouted tiles in my whole bathroom with a product recommended by a plumber which has turned out to be very soft. you can rub it away with your finger.

is there any treatment i could put on it to waterproof it and toughen it up? or is it a question of re-grouting it?

probably re grout, but it would help if we knew what the "product" is

the grout is called "BAL Grout".
