what flanges are you referring to ?
screwed flanges you see in plant rooms (don't care about welded stuff) had someone tell me pn number was bolt size didn't think he was right but its not important im not the oracle of all knowlodge It just made me curious

PN = Pressure rating
DN = Diameter
