Hi,
I need the error section :(

The lights of "power" and "door" are on and the "pre-rinse" is flashing.
All others are off. The washing cycle seems not to be ended and there is water left in the machine. Not much (you can open the door without getting swallowed) but there is water and also it seems not to be tumbled.

(sorry about the wording but I'm no native english speaker and these issues is quite out of my business ;) )

Any hint apprechiated

regards
Marc

Hey Marc, I think that the 'pre-rinse' flashing means that there is a problem with the water intake. Is the current water supply OK? Mitchell

Hey Mitchell,
thanks for the feedback
I double checked the water intake - it is fine.
The machine goes through the program and stops at the point where the water is pumped out. This step seems to be not successful as some soapy water remains inside (not visible through the door).
I try to monitor the temperature of the pump. Maybe there´s something wrong with it.

Marc

Marc, is there some kink or obstruction in the hose which would obstruct the or delay the waste water from discharging into the drain?

pump /filter blocked make of mc might help :roll:

@trossacharry:
no kink or obstruction - hose is free

@rocks1
filter free, pump axle can be turned by hand and seems not to have too much play...
what do you mean with "make of mc"? (asking from contiental europe :oops:)

best regards
Marc
