Hey guys

I'm making good some of the outside of the house this summer. I'm at a bit of a loss on how to give the join between the two window frames a good finish. Currently there is a bit gap of an inch, then some very tired flashing which is full of holes and disc cutter marks and then a 250mm concrete board. Generally I understand the constructions of recessed windows in brick but these are not. I'm not sure how to describe them really other than **** but alas it's my home!

I was thinking of removing the con board and flashing and doing something with cladding and a drip edge?

what about a fascia board at the right height and cut the lip down to suit, leave the board and flashing on incase of asbestos. the cill above will drip any water from above away from the building
