Flat garage roof replacement

Our garage roof needs re-felting after some 25yrs.

Area is approx 32 sq metres and have been quoted £1880.

This is to strip off and remove debris
Re-felt with 3 layers of built up bitumen to BS747 including one layer of 3b and one layer of 180 high performance felt bedded in hot bitumen.
Roof to be finished with layer of mineral 180 high performance.

Is this a reasonable price?

£58.75 m2 is dear, aim for £35 m2. The dick promoting fibreglass doth talk out of his arse.
