flat roof , concrete - leaking

Hi there,

I have a flat roof prob, its leaking , i painted it with waterproofing , it stopped the leak, the leak then decided to travel down the walls in a damp way , rather than pour down like a river in the first instance .. Now i have damp areas .
Also i have a window which pours in water , but i fear its coming from outside somewhere , its about the actual window.
I have been having a look at membranes , because i cannot afford to re felt.
Flat roof house in the lake distirct , i need my head looking at !
Concrete house , as in totally concrete , like a german pill box.
Any ideas , most welcome , please go easy , i am not a great hairy bloke !
