Flat roof problem

Hi we have a small area of flat roof in the conservatory and it has started to leak slightly
we have looked and the black material looks ok just a bit weathered
When sky did an installation they drilled through the felt so dont know if that has caused the problem. Can we paint something like bitumen all over it to sort the problem or is there another solution please without calling out a roofer

Anoint all suspect areas with a product such as Johnson's 10 year roof seal - Screwfix 73091.

Acrypol has the best reputation.

Some repair liquids have fibres in, I'm not sure Johnsons 10 does? I think these last longer. Also there are solvents for cleaning/preparing first.

I have looked and b & q do one by Thompsons is this ok, as they are near to us

I couldnt believe it either when I saw the cable running through it, could have gone a few inches higher!!

I'd sooner paint the Sky installer with it, but all of these products are bitumen based, so get up there, brush all of the dirt away, make sure its completely dry and bash on. Don't spare the solution and read the instructions on the can.
Careful how you stand on flat roofs - best not to disturb!
