Flex Core Colours

I might have asked a similar question like this before.
With all this talk about harmonised colours for cables, which have been used in flex for many years, when exactly did flex adopt these colours?

Between 1970 and 1974, as a phased introduction.
So did the rest of the EU as it was then - before then there were red lives in the UK, red earths in germany, black lives in france, black neutrals in the UK etc...
