Flexcon 12L expansion vessel is it ok for potable water?

My old expansion vessel was a white colored one called aircon,but plumber has installed a flexcon red one and I seem to remember that someone on this forum said they are for heating systems?

I am now wondering that the earlier posts I put up about my hot water being a bit brown maybe due to this tank not being coated properly inside for hot water and the tank not being the proper one ?

I will get there one day................grrrrrrrrrr

Red ones are for heating systems. White ones are for potable.
At least find out why he fitted a red one, if you get a brush off answer talk to trading standards, they would like to know.
