Hi

Ground floor Victorian house, floor joists rotten in corner to front elevation. What’s the best method to resolve?

Thinking of sister jointing. Would appreciate views on this. The rot appears localised at the joist ends due to a leaking downpipe I suspect.

I was thinking maybe I don’t need to cut the existing damaged joists too far back as the sistered new wood would be resting on the pier and bolted to the joists.

Thanks in advance
