Ok tried to follow as much advice as possible from previous contributions but wanted to check if i've forgotten anything:

Ripped out old bathroom rotten floor
Treated all wood left numerous times (bathroom had been treated for wood worm many years ago, thought while it was up i would re-treat)
Bought new 24mm wbp plywood
added noggins under the edges of the boards and any percieved pressure points (toilet, main walking points)
Made a template for the boards using fibreboard as the room had shifted to such an extent then cut the plywood to fit
Left small expansion gap
Treated all new wood against woodworm incl noggins
Staggered the joints
Sealed the back and edges of the plywood

Going to use BAL flexible adhesive
Installing underfloor heating (with electricans help of course!)
Gonna follow the sticky for laying out..

Anything else i should do before permanently screwing the boards down before tiling? Aside from have a beer and relax!

Thanks to all contributors for the advice posted especially gcol softus ...
