Hello everbody - First time poster here.
I'm decorating a kitchen which has lino glued to a plywood subfloor. I'd like to remove both of these in order to get to the original floor boards. The problem is that a kitchen has been fitted on top of this. I have access to the underneath of the cabinets but not much clearence. I'm thinking I can leave it in place beneath the units and then sand up to that point. I suspect that I won't be lucky and this will mean cutting into a section of the plywood floor under the cabinets. Any suggestions?

are you sure the floorboards are in good enough condition before you start. :D

I don't know what condition the boards Are in beyond the fact that they are in pretty good cOndition throughout the rest of the house and the previous owner told me that the Lino was out down through choice not necessity. Either way, I'm prepared to take the risk.
