hi im trying to fasten my toilet bowl to the new tiled floor i put in but i cannt drill through it.ive used tile, metal, and steel bits but still not going through help

Terror - what sort of tiles?

Tip: once you've marked to position of the holes on the floor, lift the pan away before you give the drilling process any 'welly', because if you are a novice at drilling tiles, pound-to-a-pinch-of-sh** you'll slip and crack-off a piece of the toilet pan's ceramic.

Ceramic tiles can be cut with a masonary drill (make a small hole first then enlarge it). For porcelain tiles you'll need a porcelain tile drill. Metal cutting bits won't work at all.
