Existing floor DPM:
Flooring grade rock asphalt, perimeter shattered, messy repairs, few cracks. Brittle toffee, hessian underlayment, concrete slab, 1951.

Being removed for shower area (Sika-1 w/proof screed over impey aquagrade w/duralay wp etc).

Clearly the concrete will need a grind off to remove all oil/tar.

Q - What DPM to use - Technoseal DPM or Epoxy?

I have had success with Wykamol Technoseal before (I do 90/90/45 brush direction with thickness checked via glass mesh). Anyone found different?
