Floppy handles on UPVC double glazing

The window opening handles on my UPVC double glazing (about 9 years since installation) are becoming loose and "floppy" - those used most frequently are the most loose.

The part number is VITA HB118R. I have found replacement handles online but I can't work out where the wear is actually occuring.

It seems to me that all parts are wearing, both the handle assembly itself and the mechanism inside the window frames. I don't want to buy new handles and replace for that to only partially solve the problem.

Anybody have experience of this problem and solved it?

Thanks

I've replaced some.
If you can't get the exact match, there are also universal ones and I found that simple enough to fit.
Take handle off.
From the outside undo the screws that hold the mechanism in.
Swap for new one.

With the universal ones you often have to fit new catching blocks on the frame they supply.
I've emailed suppliers with a picture of the removed casement for help if I couldn't find one to match.
This sort of thing

Floppy in terms of drooping and not holding horizontal? If so it's actually playing in the locking mechanism centre gearbox, some gearboxes allow to be replaced while others are riveted to the main strip, pictures help to identify
