flow and return pipes

I am currently installing 22mm pipe for a two pipe (flow and return) heating system from a combi boiler.

It is going into a new extension, and i wanted to ask if you can run the flow and return pipe from the combi through 2 radiators before you tee off to go upstairs for the radiators there.

It shouldn't go through the downstairs rads to up. It should be teed to each rad individually.
