Flue through roof

Howdy, I recently put in a wood pellet burner in my shed (new house) and when the guy came to commision the boiler he said the flue was too low. The flue as it stands is out the side wall and up. I need to put it straight up through the roof. There is no gable end to the shed and it is a slate roof. Any ideas on how to get it through the roof and insulate it ? The regulations state it has to be a meter over the shed roof. No support from the side wall. All advice appreciated.

u are not allowed more than 1/3 of the complete flue to be on the outside unless insulated (selkirk ect) .
wot flue are u using ? twin wall . ?? if so .. there is a 25 mil air gap. so support in the roof space and get a lead roof slate through the tiles and seal with fire silicon on the lead to twin wall . (looks like jibberish but i hope u understand . correct terminal on top for fuel being burned.

Thanks, it does make sense as I am using a twin wall flue. Damned expensive and not that easy to come by.
