Hello,

I made the mistake of buying a concealed cistern from ebay which appears to be have a number of foreign fixings....
I need to extend the flush pipe (only around 5 - 10cm) but i can't find a piece of pipe to fit.
The pipe appears to be 42mm? which i can't find anywhere.

Any suggestions for getting round this one would be greatly appreciated

Cheers
Neil

i am installing it now and with the boxing and tiles, etc the pipe is short.

im not sure what im supposed to be looking at on the screwfix page, sorry could you explain...

can't see how it can be to short.

if you measure the flush pipe you place the cistern to fit.

the only ideal way to extend a flush pipe, is with a compression waste fitting.

Pop in a plumbers merchant and buy a longer pipe.

Flush pipes wont take solvent weld anyway, so you would have problems sealing it.
