Guys...help!!!
A couple of wall tiles came off my wall in the bog, and when I went to stick them back...the whole bloody lot came down exposing the breeze blocks! The plaster underneath had completely come away from the wall presumably due to water getting in from the shower. Now, I was thinking i might just get rid of the remainder of the plaster, stick up some plasterboard and tile over that? Its only a small wall but its an external wall.
My brother reckons I should use adhesive as opposed to screws, and he also reckons i should use foil backed board to stop moisture being drwn through the wall. problem is, he's a cowboy! Any advise?

Jon - don't use plasterboard in a shower area as it will become affected by moisture even if tiled. If you have to sheet the wall to gain a flat surface on which to tile use a cement board, something like Aquapanel (you can get plain type or insulated {for your outside wall maybe}). Use Aquapanel fixings (don't rust) then tile over. What are the other walls in the shower like? If it was me I'd remove the rest of the tiles/plasterboard from any other walls in the wet area, re-board with Aquapanel, re-tile then re-seal.

Blimey, that was a quick response. Thanks for that info. Fortunatley the rest of the walls are fine, so its really a patch up job. Can cement board be cut with a jig saw?
