I have just put a new blending valve on my combi as the original plumber used this and not a manifold for the under heating in one room only. I can find no leaks but loosing pressure over night and of course the boiler fails. Is there something I have not done ?

You are rather unlucky to have a boiler which is not a mainstream brand on sale in the UK. One wonders how you came to have one!
