Football kiss.

??? it's entirely concensual, I don't hold their head between my hands, so they can turn away if they want.

And I still don't see what it has to do with my #35

More generally, it's a pity the Spanish courts have nothing better to do with their time
As above, are you married, do you have daughters?

Ask their opinion.

How often do you see anybody in a similar celebration kiss anybody on the lips ? It's taking advantage, a power thing.

It's all about respect and power.

Some can ignore it, some can support it. Some can call it out for what it is.

Are you married?
I am, I met her in a nightclub, we had a kiss on the dancefloor, i called her the next day..not once did I think OMG I could be in serious trouble.

I asked her she said it was inappropriate but under the circumstances she could see he got carried away.

And have you asked her what she would think if you kissed another woman on the lips in public at an award ceremony?

And how she would feel if somebody did that to her ?

Yes but would that not be an issue between us two?

Anyway I'm not saying it was right he shouldn't of done it...I'm saying I felt a bit sorry for him and that he didn't mean any harm

As it was for the footballer involved, in public !

Now ask your wife how she would feel if it happened to her. Go on, ask her.
I already have, she said she'd be p#$%$ off and that she would complain to whoever, I then asked if she would want his life ruined, she said no.

I'd give him a whack that would do it.

Power and position doesn't give you additional rights. In fact it makes your wrongs, worse.

So he shouldn't have done it.

Who is at fault ? Let's not blame others, let's take responsibility for our actions

Of course not he probably knew that an hour later, why can't he just apologise?
He shouldnt have done it now he can see the reaction and the court action. I still maintain it as a celebration and a sign of excitement. Not enough to ruin someones life. Does the £10,000 fine make it better or something?

Captured on the world stage, as millions watched the match against England on television, the kiss sparked widespread outrage globally. Rubiales also grabbed his crotch in the moment, while standing near Spain’s Queen Letizia and Princess Sofía.

Adds to the point really. He knew what he was doing
