Ford Fiesta 1.3 1995 Engine Mountings Replacements

Hi

How easy/difficult is it to replace the engine mountings in this type of vehicle?

Was told they could need replacing but as yet it's not essential.

I've done a couple of these on 1.25 Zetecs which is presumably what you've got. Pretty straightforward with a trolley jack as I recall.

Pushrod or Zetec motor, its not a bad job......just have a pad on the jack lifter so you don't dent anything.
Also look for the 'truth' marks that the bolts will leave when you take them out - it ensures that all resides in the same place afterwards.
