Ford KA changing the speakers

Hi Guys

I wanted to change the speakers on my Ford KA and was wondering how to do this? Is it easy to do (If so could you please tell me a step buy step guide)?

I would suggest getting a haynes manual for your car if you're having this much trouble with things (ref other 2 posts!)

I have managed to put in a new speaker to replace the old one...with help from my uncle! Thanks for the tips guys
