Ford KA faulty central locking

Hi Guys

I recently bought a Ford KA and the central locking doesn't work! I have to open and lock both doors individually. Does anyone know if this is an easy fix? If so can you please explain how to fix it (in detail as I am a beginner) or tell me how much I should expect to pay to fix it?

Thanks for the response but I dont have a fob. Is that the problem??? Not sure if they come with fobs

Hi Bob thanks for all your help.

I have now bought the manual and taken the door panel off. It seems the central locking had been unpluged! I pluged it in to find it didnt work as it would only lock the drivers door althought it did make a sound which shows it has some sort of reaction. Any ideas as to whats wronge now???
