fortic combi hot water problems.

hi moved into the property about 4 months ago the hot water has started playing up running for about 15 mins when filling a bath then turns cold. problem started when i used the central heating but still continues now even though heating is not in use. also the cylinder is fed by water heater/boiler.

can anyone help it was suggested that it may be thermostat or element as i dont know when they were last repaired.

Need more info about your setup, sounds like a valve issue, pics would help.

"Moved into the property" is an expression usually used by tenants.

If you are a tenant then your landlord is responsible for repairing and maintaining the heating system.

You should not be touching it.
