Fox hunting season

Are you sure they're not saying for fox sake, what does he look like?

Reminds me when Prince Phillip was getting ready one morning and shouted to the Queen “we’re off up to Uttoxeter races today my dear and it will be cold, what shall I wear…”
“Wear the fox hat” the Queen replied.

“Staffordshire” Prince Phillip shouted back.

A few years ago there was a celebrity fox called Pudding, rescued from the wild but became so tame he couldn't be released back.

100%, it is cruelty of the highest nature. Imagine the terror of the animal having it's throat slit. The last thing that animal will see is the cruelty of humanity.
Even the animals we eat benefit from cultural enrichment. There are no end to these blessings.

I met a tame fox once, at a place where the staff had been feeding it so it was wondering if I was going to feed it.

They're interesting. A lot like dogs but they absolutely won't make eye contact. Really strange at first, they'll look away if you look at them.

A fox is a wild animal. You should not attempt to habituate it to humans.

  • Around 70–72% of sheep in England and Wales are slaughtered by Halal methods (stunned and non-stunned combined).
why are you complaining about stunned animals from a normal British slaughterhouse?

Are you afraid that you will catch religion because somebody said a prayer?

feeding them is humane as they often go without food and why they tend to have short lives. I agree that befriending them is not good for them to keep their instincts that all humans are bad, its a shame that really.

Use to feed a group of them on a regular basis when my mate was away and I was keeping an eye on the place ( he lives out in the sticks)

Good on you. It is a very rewarding thing to do and shows you are a decent person.
