Free Collage maker

My dog passed away recently & I want to make a collage from a few of the good photos.
I downloaded 'photo pad image editor', had a play with it thought ii was the one.
Two weeks later when I go to use it the free collage maker has expired.
So I'm looking at what are others using. This is PC based

Sad to hear that. If you are still thinking about making a collage I would suggest you try the free version of Canva. It is super easy and quite fun to play with. I use it daily for my office work. It is quite convenient with great themes and templates.

Inkscape is another option.
