Hello all
My Norfrost chest freezer packed up yesterday for second time in 3 years, I got a new thermostat for it and it started to work straight away, because the freezer was empty my wife suggested lets defrost it over night, which I did and guess what this morning it wouldn't come on. I found the original thermostat in the garage which the service engineer changed two years ago and it works, the only thing is, its constantly on, is this normal? My other question is, my freezer is in the garage which is damp and very cold could this affect the freezer working?
