run a freezer @ -10 is tooo low
ice cream for soft scoop needs -13 to -15 and thats the warmest a freezer should be
-18 to -22 is good for solid food
warmer than that and as rock says the bacteria will not be dormant and you could get ill , any colder than -22 then the food will be freezer burnt and of very bad quality
