French door cil

Hi I am about to order some new french doors and want the cill on the inside to be flush with the floor (or as close as possible). I dont want a large return that you have to step over.
Is this achieved by having a special cill?

When you order the doors you need to ask the supplier for a low level threshold, this is a lot lower than the standard upstand
