Fridge freezer on but not cold...

Hi all,
My fridge freezer has stopped working. It appears to be on (the light comes on, it makes the usual noises) but although the thermostat is turned on full, neither the fridge nor the freezer cool at all, they both just stay at room temperature.
Any ideas?
