Fridge freezer sounds like it has gastrointestinal issues

Yeah, funny noises coming from the refrigerator, in addition to the compressor, when it runs. I’ve checked and wiped the seals, vacuumed the back and cleaned the drain out. Soaked up about a kitchen towel’s worth of liquid. Haven’t defrosted it but had done it a few months ago. Fridge doesn’t run terribly hot. Anymore things I can check? Should I be searching for a new fridge?
