Fridge Freezer

I have an hotpoint iced diamond fridge freezer approximately 2 year old. We had a power cut and when the electricity came on there was a red light on the front and the fridge freezer stopped working. We have had an electician out and he cannot find out what is wrong with it as everything seems to be working

Any idea?
