hi... i am having to widen the space for my fridge freezer to accommodate a new one. the recommendation for ventilation is 2 - 3 cm around the fridge freezer my opening will allow 1.5 cm. around it. would that be ok, would it invalidate the warranty.
cheers

Can't really comment on the warranty Mick, but get as much ventilation as you can to the back of the appliance, and give space for rising heat to escape from the top.
John :)

plenty of room at the back ( at least 3 foot) and top ( 3 inches ) John it's just the sides. thanks

youll be fine at worst it will make it a few % less able to loose heat so maybe 5% less efficient
