upper spray arm only sprays when check ball is removed, and then it spins very very very slow. pump impeller looks good. lower arm spins and sprays well, upper arm all jets have water coming out. this model has another pump for draining and it works well also. 1. why the check ball? it seems designed to block the water going to the pipe going to the upper spray arm. no blockages were found. bottom rack dishes clean.
Only thing I can think of is the pump is not working as well as it should.(four years old.)color=[red][/color]
