Front door sagging

I've noticed my front door is sagging and you have to push it quite hard to shut.

It looks like it's leaning slightly from right to left (see photos).

I have three pencil hinges (I think they're called looking on google). Each can be adjusted by an allen key at the top and bottom. I tried turning the top one (on the top hinge) a few times (clockwise) but nothing seems to have changed.

Can someone who knows what they're doing give me some advice on how to fix this problem please.

Thanks
Mark

Open the door and look at the back of the hinge, you should see 2 allen key bolts, turn these
