You may find shop owners can ask people to stop filming but they can't make them.

Taking photos outside a school is not illegal... Or taking photos of children anywhere else in public.

If you don't like the laws, you need to change them.
I have no problem with laws or common sense...I do not recommend you push your human rights and take pix of kids...AnyWhere.

If you are taking photos of a child...and the guardian objects..and you persist...You are seriously pushing your luck.

Aaaarrrrgghhhhh I watched this and you didn't say it was this bad! I'll have nightmares hahaha OMGOSH!!! This was genuinely very disturbing and I'm now suffering from PTSD which is: Poop Traumatic Stress Disorder
Why the hell would someone video that FFS

I feel so sorry for this poor innocent guy who accidentally went to the wrong house that he thought was his friends! See all because of spy camera doorbells this poor guy is now a laughing stock online and he has no control over this. It was all a pure and complete mistake. It is American

Are you being serious? Poor? Innocent?
What the heck?

Lol...Might be so but you will be in sht if you are caught.
How can you be "in sht" if it's legal?
This is what I'm getting at.
You cannot criminalise a legal activity, even if the copper thinks its wrong, its not whether he thinks its wrong that matters, the law does.

A guy known as a weirdo around ny mums was beaten up by a dad outside a school for videoing his child.
He spent a week in hospital, 6 months on a tag and is now barred from passing any school in the area at entry/exit time.
He's also on the sex offenders register.
Apparently they found lots of shyte on his phone.
The dad is a hero.

I don't believe it! Here appears to be the same "bicycle warrior" again with the unusual accent who provokes issues with drivers and then takes videos of them and uploads them. He seems to be creating trouble and drama to obtain views

You must be havin a laugh!

Provoking issues with that driver???

Like he provoked him to pull out onto the wrong side of the road ignoring road signs?

Good job he videod what happened otherwise it would be the driver's word against his.

The only trouble and drama created was by the lawbreaking driver.

Or are you saying his behaviour was perfectly acceptable?

You seem to be a bit topsy-turvy: lawful stuff you feel should be criminalised yet idiot driving is OK..........

That is very different and you know it. You are not making a fair comparison.

He is barred and on the SOR because of the "shyte on his phone", not for taking pictures.

What happened to the guy guilty of assault?

Perhaps I should rephrase that and say "innocent mistake" because he genuinely thought it was obviously his girlfriends house or close friend

The shyte on his phone would've not been discovered if it wasn't for the dad's heroic actions.
Accordingly to your boll@x he wasn't doing anything wrong by taking videos of kids.
The dad appeared in court as a witness and was told by the judge that his brave actions and quick thinking had assured a conviction for a dangerous individual.
The dad is a good man with a short fuse, known in the area for being someone you don't mess about with as the criminal found out.
He lumped him properly, assuring a week in hospital.
Well done I say.
Less well done to the judge who never jailed the *******.
If it was me I would've given him at least 5 years hard labour to reflect on his actions.
