i have put a new light in my daughters room! but now its up ,everytime i turn the light off ? it trips the fuse box (so i have no lights upstairs at all) ??? plz help me

fuse box keeps tripping!!!!!!!!

its short circuiting ,either the cable is damaged or most probaley the light is wired up incorrectly.
