fore example, thar fused spur may be on it's own circuit in suitable sized cable, in which case the OP can just spur off the back of the live feed to it and put in another spur..
it may be off the lighting circuit ( as is a lot more common than you'd think with these cowboy plumbers fitting boiler controls.. ), in which case he can't tap another spur off it.
it may be off the ring main on an unfused spur, in which case he can't come off the live side, but he can come off the load side fused at 13A and add 2 further fused spurs fused down suitably for the boiler and pump..
Given the OP's apparent lack of knowledge of electrics, my recomendation still stands.. get a sparky or electrically registered plumber in..
