Gainsborough Electric Shower

My Gainsborough shower has been working fine for the last 2 years. Only recently has it started playing up. When I turn the shower to hot the water just trickles out. It is as if there is no pressure. All other taps in the house are fine. It is a push button electric shower. The cold water seems to come out a little faster.

Please please please help.

scale probably, try cleaning the rose as well
