Whenever I run my Gainsborough shower water comes through the outlet pipe as well. The higher the pressure of the water (ie more cold water) the more comes down the outlet pipe. Water is still coming down the normal shower hose. Any ideas whats causing this and how I can stop it?

theres a little grey ball should be in the pipe, common fault, even if the ball hasnt gone down the plug hole & u put it back it will soon blow out again, my advice is swap for a triton. btw is it the teardrop shape? (wider @ top) had a lot of that problem with those when they did the silver ones.
