I have installed my shower and it says in the book in section 11. The power neon indicator will be illuminated when the shower unit is switched on and water is flowing on the heat settings. The light will not come on when the shower unit is on the cold setting. The light will only come on when it is on the cold setting on my shower if i put it on any of the other 2 red setting it just stays cold all the time no matter how much i turn the heat dial. But on the cold setting i can get hot water when i turn the heat dial. i wonder if you could tell me if this is a fault with the shower

I had the same trouble now it stays permanentley cold when turned on and heating light goes off.?
