Please find 2 pics posted.
1. The driveway drain seems to have gaps between them, so i would assume the water will be leaking into the ground. Its right next to my lounge (converted garage). Is this something I should be getting fixed ? It doesnt get a lot of water there but still. What would be the best way of fixing this please ?
2. I have a portion of flat roof and the water from there drains into the second pic. Its very broken but the problem is that its on my neighbours property, semi detached house...Should this also be getting fixed and what are my options to get it fixed please as in what parts would I require ?
