There are always loads for sale on fleaBay.

But TBH I think it'll be a while before you would find a copy useful - it's not a DIY manual.

Yes, there are always plenty of used ones available from eBay and Amazon - the current 'going price' seems to be about £45. However, one wonders how long it will be before the (I presume) 'BYB' shows it's face|?

I did quite well - got a copy, in very good condition, for £33.60 inc p&p.
