How do gents. Just wondering if anyone can advise on a garage door lock replacement. It’s a euro half cylinder from what I’ve googled. Need to replace it as no key but don’t know how to remove without a key as the key is used to unlock and remove.

Anyone clues to how to remove as don’t ideally want to call a locksmith for a small job.
 
Looks like mine is riveted on the mechanism so I’ll give it a drill out and go from there. Take it that you just drill a bore hole middle and go bigger till it frees itself??
